This policy explains how we process the personal data of people using the SHAMAN AI website and contact form.

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.

01Data controller

The controller of personal data is BLANKLOGIC AI spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (a Polish limited liability company), with its registered office at Gen. Władysława Sikorskiego 166/0.03, 18-400 Łomża, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the Polish National Court Register kept by the District Court in Białystok, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0001178819, tax ID (NIP) 7182174777, statistical number (REGON) 542009323, share capital PLN 5,000.00.

02Data we process

Through the contact form we may process the data you provide, in particular:

  • company or plant name,
  • email address,
  • phone number, if provided,
  • the content of your message,
  • a record of giving or withdrawing consent to receive information about the commercial availability of SHAMAN AI.

In connection with the use of the website, basic technical data may also be processed automatically, such as IP address, date and time of connection, information about the browser or device, and events recorded in server logs.

We may use technical mechanisms to protect the form against spam, automated submissions and other abuse.

Providing data is voluntary, but without an email address or the information needed to understand your enquiry we may be unable to reply. Providing a phone number and giving marketing consent are optional and do not affect whether we reply to your enquiry.

03Purposes

Data may be processed in order to:

  • handle the message sent through the form and reply to it,
  • hold conversations about a consultation, pilot or possible cooperation,
  • take steps prior to entering into a contract, where applicable,
  • send information about the commercial availability of SHAMAN AI, if consent has been given,
  • ensure the correct and secure operation of the website,
  • prevent spam, attacks and other abuse,
  • establish, pursue or defend against potential claims.

04Legal bases

  • Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - our legitimate interest in handling correspondence, conducting business communication, ensuring the security of the website and protecting against claims.
  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR - steps taken at the data subject's request prior to entering into a contract, where this basis applies to a given enquiry.
  • Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR - consent to receive information about the commercial availability of SHAMAN AI.

Where commercial information is sent by email, the use of the email address is also based on prior consent required by the Polish Electronic Communications Law.

05Retention

Data related to a contact enquiry is kept for as long as necessary to handle the message and the related correspondence.

We keep correspondence and enquiries for as long as necessary to handle the matter, and then for up to 12 months - unless we begin cooperation, in which case for its duration and the period required by law. Data processed on the basis of consent - until that consent is withdrawn.

If the contact leads to cooperation or a contract, data may subsequently be kept for the period related to performing that cooperation, fulfilling legal obligations, and until the expiry of periods for pursuing or defending against claims.

Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until the purpose for which consent was given has been achieved or until consent is withdrawn - whichever comes first. Basic information demonstrating that consent was given or withdrawn may be kept longer where necessary to demonstrate compliance or defend against claims.

Technical data and logs are kept for the period necessary to operate and secure the website, in line with the retention settings applied and the policies of the providers operating the infrastructure.

06Recipients

Recipients of personal data are entities supporting us in running the website and in communication, in particular our hosting and business email provider, with which we have concluded a data processing agreement.

Apart from that provider we do not use any external services that process data from this website: the form is handled directly on our own server, and we use no analytics tools or third-party scripts.

We do not sell data and we do not share it with other entities for marketing purposes.

Data may also be disclosed to authorities or other entities entitled to receive it under the law, and - where necessary - to entities providing us with legal assistance. We transfer data only to the extent necessary to perform a given service or obligation.

Location of processing

Data is processed exclusively within the European Economic Area (EEA). We do not transfer personal data to third countries or to international organisations. If you have questions about this - including a request to identify a specific recipient - please contact us at kontakt@blanklogic.ai.

07Your rights

Depending on the legal basis and circumstances of processing, you may have the right to:

  • access your data and obtain a copy of it,
  • rectification of your data,
  • erasure of your data,
  • restriction of processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing based on the Controller's legitimate interest,
  • withdraw consent at any time,
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

08Cookies and similar technologies

The website may use cookies or similar technologies, such as browser local storage, to the extent necessary to:

  • ensure the correct operation of the website,
  • ensure security,
  • protect the form against abuse,
  • remember settings chosen by the user.

We do not use analytics or marketing cookies, nor any tracking tools, and therefore we do not ask for cookie consent. If we implement analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent.

You can manage cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings. Blocking them may affect how some elements of the website work.

09Data security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the data processed and the related risk. Access to data is limited to the people and entities that need it in connection with their tasks or the services they provide.

10Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the way the website operates, the services used, or applicable legal requirements change. The current version of the policy and the date of its last update will be published on this page.

11Terms of use of the contact form

What this service is. The contact form serves solely to send us an enquiry - about a SHAMAN AI pilot or an initial conversation. The service is free of charge and one-off: it ends once your message has been sent and we have replied. Using the form does not oblige either party to enter into a contract. The response time stated on the site (up to 2 business days) is an organisational commitment, not a contractual one, and the content presented on the site does not constitute an offer within the meaning of art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code.

Technical requirements. A device with internet access, an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled, and a working email address.

No unlawful content. It is prohibited to send unlawful content through the form, in particular content infringing the rights of third parties or containing harmful software.

Withdrawal. You may stop using the service at any time, simply by not submitting the form. To have submitted data deleted, write to our contact address - we will delete it without delay.

Complaints. Complaints concerning the operation of the form should be sent to kontakt@blanklogic.ai. We respond within 14 days.
