SHAMAN OMS is an operational memory system for industrial maintenance - so repair knowledge stops disappearing into people's heads and paper notebooks, stays in the plant, and is at hand when the line goes down.
The problem isn't a lack of data
In maintenance, the problem is rarely missing data. The problem is that knowledge about what worked last time is scattered: across PDFs, phones, notebooks and the heads of a few people.
When those people aren't on shift, the next crew starts from zero. SHAMAN is meant to make what you hand over at the machine today start staying in the plant - searchable by symptom and by machine.

We design SHAMAN for the reality of the floor: time pressure, shift work, unreliable connectivity. If something works under those conditions, it fits how maintenance actually operates.
Principles we don't break
SHAMAN supports, it doesn't supervise.
This is not a tool for rating people. It helps with the repair and with passing knowledge between shifts.
Every suggestion has a basis.
Answers are grounded in the plant's own materials and show the source - document, page, revision. If there is no source, the system says "I don't know".
We launch pilots safely.
Offline-first and on-prem in pilots - your data stays in your infrastructure, not with us and not in the cloud.
Minimum extra work.
We don't add paperwork. Capturing knowledge should be fast and natural - a short note after the repair, not another form.
Founding team
Background in AI (NLP / LLM, working with documents) and in production quality and documentation - knows the reality of ISO, audits and paperwork flow in a plant.
Background in industrial maintenance and electrical work - inspections, overhauls and technical acceptance.
